These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Paw-fect Cleanups (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accepting a quote, scheduling service, approving service by text message, email, phone, or allowing service to be performed, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Services

Acceptance of a quote by:

Text message

Verbal confirmation

Online booking

Payment of invoice

Allowing service to be performed

constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Text message approval shall be considered legally binding consent to service and pricing.

2. Pricing and Quotes

Quotes are based on property size, number of dogs, yard condition, frequency, and access conditions.

By accepting a quote:

Customer agrees to the quoted price

Company reserves the right to maintain that price

Company reserves the right to adjust pricing if yard conditions materially change

Material changes include but are not limited to:

Additional dogs

Increased waste accumulation

Larger service area

Excessive overgrowth

Failure to maintain service frequency

Price adjustments may be communicated via text or email and will apply to future services.

3. Additional Services & Future Offerings

Company reserves the right to:

Offer additional services

Sell add-on services

Introduce new service packages

Recommend upgraded service frequency

Customer is under no obligation to purchase additional services unless explicitly agreed to.

4. Taxes and Fees

All applicable:

Idaho state taxes

Local taxes

Processing fees

Fuel surcharges

Access-related fees

may be added to invoices as required by law or business necessity.

Customer agrees to pay all applicable taxes and fees.

5. Subscription Services

For recurring services:

Customer agrees to automatic recurring billing (if applicable).

Service frequency may be weekly, bi-weekly, or otherwise agreed.

Subscription pricing is based on ongoing maintenance conditions.

If service is paused, canceled, or access is denied resulting in excess accumulation, additional cleanup fees may apply upon resumption.

6. Weather Policy (Including Snow Conditions)

Paw-fect Cleanups operates in Idaho and provides services in varying weather conditions.

If weather conditions such as:

Snow coverage

Ice

Flooding

Unsafe yard conditions

prevent full waste removal:

A visit fee may still be charged for the scheduled service visit.

As part of an active subscription, accumulated waste will be removed in full at the next service visit when conditions permit.

Customer acknowledges that snow-covered waste may not be visible or accessible.

7. Access to Property

Customer is responsible for:

Ensuring gates are unlocked

Securing pets

Providing safe access

Maintaining reasonably cut grass

If access is denied or unsafe conditions exist:

A service attempt fee may be charged.

Service may be skipped without refund.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to pay may result in:

Late fees

Service suspension

Collection actions

Customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney’s fees if necessary under Idaho law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Idaho law:

Paw-fect Cleanups shall not be liable for:

Pre-existing yard damage

Hidden objects in grass

Damage caused by pets

Minor incidental property disturbance

Missed waste concealed by snow, leaves, or debris

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the most recent service visit.

10. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Paw-fect Cleanups from claims arising from:

Aggressive pets

Unsafe property conditions

Failure to disclose hazards

Injuries caused by pets

11. Service Refusal

Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its sole discretion for:

Unsafe working conditions

Aggressive animals

Non-payment

Repeated access issues

12. Modifications to Terms

Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Idaho.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Customer and Paw-fect Cleanups and supersede any prior verbal or written agreements.

15. Changing Costs

Customer acknowledges that pricing reflects current operating costs including labor, fuel, disposal, and administrative expenses. Company reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice due to increases in operational costs.
